Dear winter fun enthusiasts, have you ever skied on Pohorje at the end of April? On Areh, up to 50 centimeters of fresh snow has fallen in the last two days, and the ski lift and resort operator, Marprom, wants to celebrate this with you.
For all loyal skiers and those who would like to experience an incredible skiing adventure, we have decided that this Saturday, April 27th, the four-seater lift Ruška will be in operation. The ski slope will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will also be a sledding area available at the children’s playground on Areh. If conditions allow, skiing will also be possible on Sunday, April 28th, and we will keep you informed.
During this exceptional weekend, daily ski passes will be available for a flat rate of 10 EUR. All season passes for Mariborsko Pohorje and Areh (including Pohorko) for both the past and upcoming winter season, as well as nationwide passes, will be valid for accessing the slopes.
Season ski passes for 2024/2025 will also be on sale at the ticket offices at the lower station of the Pohorje cable car and the upper station of Ruška on Saturday and Sunday at super pre-sale prices.
Meanwhile, the Radvanje chairlift at Mariborsko Pohorje will start operating on Saturday in good weather conditions, running from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering transport to cyclists, users of the PohorJet summer sledding track, and other visitors.
The bus connection between Bellevue and Areh will not be in operation.
