*(3) Supplementary payment or deposit for the new hard chip ski ticket is refundable upon the return of the ticket (chip). Refunds are applicable for tickets with dates from December 1, 2021.
*(4) The ticket is only valid for use on five consecutive days from Monday to Friday. It is not valid on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during winter holidays.
*(5) The ticket can be used on any selected days in the 2024/2025 season.

Operating hours for Mountain carts: Friday between 1 PM and 5 PM, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays in Slovenia, between 10 AM and 5 PM. For groups of at least 10 people, arrangements can be made outside of regular operating hours.

Rules of Conduct:
- Riding mountain carts is at your own risk.
- The operator, Public company Marprom Ltd., is not responsible for any physical injuries of the user during the ride.
- Users under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from using the mountain tricycle course. The user declares that they are not under the influence of the mentioned substances.
Safety Instructions and Terms of Use:
- The mountain cart track is marked with ribbons and prepared in nature, running through ski slopes and forest trails that may contain bumps and hollows. Therefore, caution and driving at an appropriate speed in accordance with the driver’s abilities are necessary while riding on the course.
- The user declares that the operator has informed them of the instructions for using and operating the mountain tricycle before use, and that they have understood them.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory for riding mountain carts.
- Leaving the marked course and stopping on the course is strictly prohibited.
- The minimum height for a mountain tricycle user is 140 cm.
- The maximum weight for a mountain tricycle user is 120 kg.
- The user undertakes to immediately inform the operator of any injuries to persons, property, and equipment that occurred during the mountain tricycle ride.
- The user undertakes to respect the safety instructions and terms of use of the operator and to follow the instructions of the staff.
Age Restriction:
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the mountain carts.
- Children from 12 to 16 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian or caregiver (adult), who must sign a statement regarding the use of the course on behalf of the child.

The parking area at the lower station of the Pohorje Cable Car (270 parking spaces) and under the hotel Habakuk (150 parking spaces + 60 spaces for motorhomes on macadam) are a paid parking facility available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The flat rate for parking is 1.00 EUR per hour. A fee of 20 EUR is charged for the loss of a parking ticket.
Users can also opt for monthly parking rental, which costs 45 EUR and allows for unlimited parking seven days a week.
For holders of all Pohorje tickets, parking at this facility is free. Customers with daily tickets (for the gondola, skiing, or cycling) should present their parking ticket at the ticket office to receive a coupon for free exit from the parking lot on the same day. Holders of personalized tickets are granted access to the entry or exit barrier during the validity period.
The use of this parking facility is also available to guests of other Pohorje providers who are contractual partners of Marprom: La Cantina Pizzeria, Extreme Vital Store, Ski Equipment Service and Rental at the lower station of the Pohorje Cable Car, Peggy bar, Trikotna Jasa Hut.

- Monthly rental is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. It can be arranged at the ticket office at the lower station of the Pohorje Cable Car by prior order at info@visitpohorje.si and payment to the bank account based on a proforma invoice or an order form addressed to JP Marprom.
- The parking lot operates every day of the week from 00:00 to 24:00.
Parking under the hotel Arena (white zone)
The parking areas under the hotel Arena are paid from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day of the week. The first 2 hours of parking with a marked arrival time are free, and each additional hour costs 0.60 EUR.
To mark the time, you can use a parking clock, the EasyPark app, send an SMS to 031 20 90 20, use a parking ticket issued by the machine by pressing the “printout of the parking ticket” (print parking ticket) button, or manually write a note with the arrival time.
You can pay for parking both at the parking machine and through your mobile phone using the EasyPark app or by sending an SMS to 031 20 90 20. For this type of payment, you need to use the regional code 315 for the parking areas under the hotel Arena.
When you pay for one hour of parking, the parking fee is valid for 3 hours. When you pay for two hours, it’s valid for 4 hours, and so on. This is because two hours of free parking are automatically added to the paid parking time. The initial 120 minutes of free parking can only be used once; extended parking time does not qualify for additional free parking.
Parking enforcement is carried out by a parking attendant. If parking fees are not paid, the attendant will place a »PARKING ATTENDANT NOTICE« on the vehicle, requesting payment of the daily parking fee of 18.70 EUR. The attendant will consider any combination of payment methods when checking for payment, but the initial free parking can only be used during the first payment.
