Bike Park Pohorje Maribor, managed by Marprom from the JHMB Group, will host the SloEnduro Pohorje Maribor competition on September 20 and 21, 2025. The long course will feature six special stages, stretching from the top of Areh down to the finish line at the Snow Stadium (the former venue of the Golden Fox).
Participants will first gain about 700 vertical meters of elevation with the Pohorska cable car gondola, followed by an additional 1,100 meters of climbing on the bike, while the special stages will include around 1,800 meters of descent. The courses have been carefully designed and include:
- three brand-new trails on Areh with soft, fresh terrain (»loamy trails«),
- steep and technically demanding sections along the World Cup downhill track,
- a special section on the Shimano Super Stage featuring the famous Rock’n’Roll element.
Visiting the Bike Park During the Competition
Bike Park Pohorje Maribor is open from Monday to Sunday between 9 AM and 6 PM. Due to the SloEnduro Pohorje Maribor event, trail access for recreational riders will be slightly adjusted on the following days.
The Family Line, Flow Line, Ruška Flow, Ruška Family, Panorama Trail, and Skills Park will remain open at all times. The World Cup trail will be partially open on Saturday and Sunday – from Trikotna jasa down to the finish area. Meanwhile, the following trails will be closed: Fury Trail, Red Fox Trail, Stream Line, Bolfenk Trail, and Tower Trail (September 20–21), as well as Amerika Trail, Zig Zag Trail, and Loam Lane (September 18–21).
