Due to the preparation and staging of the iXS European Downhill Cup competition at Mariborsko Pohorje, the Vzpenjača 1 parking area (below the lower station of the cable car) will be partially closed to visitors from September 24th through September 28th, 2026, inclusive.
The upper part of the parking area, from the small bridge towards the forest, will be reserved for competition teams and cordoned off with barriers. We kindly ask visitors not to park their vehicles in this area in the coming days.
The remaining part of the parking area will remain open to visitors as usual throughout this period. In addition, other parking areas are available below Pohorje (Vzpenjača 2, Snežni Stadion), while the G6 Vzpenjača city bus line also provides a convenient way to reach Pohorje.
Thank you for your understanding.
