At the end of September, special inspections and maintenance work will begin on the circular cable car Pohorska vzpenjača. The company Marprom, part of the JHMB Group that operates the cable car, will carry out the work from September 30 to October 3, October 7 to 10, October 14 to 16, and October 21 to 23. During this time, passenger transport on the Pohorska vzpenjača will not be possible.
On all other days in October, the circular cable car will operate according to the schedule; it will run continuously during the opening hours of the bike park on Fridays from 2 PM to 5 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM. The same schedule will apply for holidays both locally and in neighboring countries (October 26 and October 31).
The validity of personalized tickets for the circular cable car and the Bike Park Pohorje Maribor will not be extended due to the downtime for special inspections and maintenance work. These inspections are part of a pre-planned maintenance cycle, dependent on the number of operating hours, and were announced in the spring.
Additionally, personalized tickets will not provide free parking at the Vzpenjača and Habakuk parking lots on days when the Pohorska vzpenjača is not in operation, as the ticket office will also be closed, where holders of these tickets receive a card for free exit from the parking lot.
During the temporary suspension of transport on the circular cable car and the closure of the bike park, which will last a total of 14 days, we ask for your understanding. We invite users to visit Mariborsko Pohorje on the days when the cable car is operating without interruption.
