The cycling action at Mariborsko Pohorje will be all about enduro on 12 and 13 September 2026. Bike Park Pohorje Maribor, managed by Marprom, part of the JHMB Group, will host the fourth and penultimate race of this year’s SloEnduro series. The best Slovenian riders will compete, joined by riders from abroad.
Riders on the long course will face six timed stages between the city and Areh, with around 1,110 metres of climbing in total. This year’s course also brings some new features – two stages on new natural trails at Videc. The race will finish with the spectacular Shimano Super Stage towards the valley. In total, riders will tackle approximately 1,600 vertical metres of descent.
Visitor information for Bike Park users
Due to the competition, the following trails will be closed or partially closed to regular visitors on Saturday and Sunday:
- partially open – World Cup,
- closed – Amerika Trail, Zig Zag Trail, Loam Lane, Bolfenk Trail, Tower Trail, Videc 1 Trail and Videc 2 Trail.
The following trails will remain open: Family Line, Flow Line, Jump Line, Fury Trail, Ruška Flow, Ruška Family, Red Fox Trail, Stream Line, Panorama Trail and Skills Park.
The Pohorje Cable Car will operate according to the regular timetable. Ruška Chairlift and Areška T-bar lift (EasyLoop) will operate from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The Videc lift will not operate this weekend.
