The winter season at the Mariborsko Pohorje ski resort with Areh is expected to last until March 29, 2026 (inclusive), provided that snow conditions allow it. From March 23, 2026, the Pisker and Ruška chairlifts will be operating for skiers.
As special inspections of the circular cable car Pohorska Vzpenjača will take place next week from Monday to Thursday, it will not operate on those days, and the ski bus will also not run. Skiers will therefore need to arrange their own transport to Areh.
On those days, ski passes can be purchased at the ticket offices at the upper station of Ruška and the lower station of Pisker.
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the circular cable car will operate again according to the regular schedule, and the ski bus will also run as usual.
