Rules of Conduct:
– Use of the “Adrenaline Zorbing” attraction is at your own risk.
– The operator, Marprom Public Company Ltd. (Javno podjetje Marprom d.o.o.), shall not be liable for any personal injuries sustained by users while using the “Adrenaline Zorbing” attraction.
– The use of the “Adrenaline Zorbing” attraction is strictly prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
– Users must strictly follow all instructions given by the operator’s staff.
Safety Instructions and Terms of Use:
– The “Adrenaline Zorbing” course is set up outdoors, enclosed by safety fencing, and runs along a designated track intended exclusively for zorbing rides.
– The user confirms that, prior to using the “Adrenaline Zorbing” attraction, the operator informed them of the operating instructions and that they understood them.
– Only one (1) person is permitted inside the zorb ball at any one time.
– The maximum permitted user weight is 100 kg.
– The user undertakes to immediately notify the operator of any injuries to persons or any damage to property or equipment that occurs during the use of the “Adrenaline Zorbing” attraction.
– The user agrees to comply with all safety instructions and terms of use established by the operator.
– Bringing a change of clothes is recommended.
– At Pohorje, the operator uses an electronic ticketing system to issue, record, and monitor the use of tickets at designated access points by means of information technology. Transferring a non-transferable ticket between two or more persons recorded in the ticketing system, or the use of a ticket by an unauthorized person, constitutes ticket misuse. In the event of ticket misuse, an authorized employee of the operator shall cancel the ticket without issuing a confirmation of cancellation.
Age Restrictions:
– Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the “Adrenaline Zorbing” attraction.
– Children aged 12 to 16 years may use the “Adrenaline Zorbing” attraction only upon presentation of a signed declaration of consent to the terms of use by their parent, legal guardian, or other legal representative (an adult).
