Rules of Conduct:
– Participation in “guided MTB tours” is at your own risk.
– The operator, Public Company Marprom, d. o. o., is not responsible for any physical injuries incurred during participation in “guided MTB tours”.
– Participation in “guided MTB tours” is strictly prohibited for users under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
– Instructions given by the operator’s staff must be followed without exception.

Safety Instructions and Terms of Use:
– The route takes place in nature, on ski slopes and forest paths approved for cycling, which may include bumps and depressions; therefore, caution and speed adjustment according to the rider’s ability are required.
– The user declares that the operator has informed them of the instructions for participating in “guided MTB tours” prior to use and that they understand them.
– The use of a helmet is mandatory when riding in “guided MTB tours”.
– The user agrees to immediately inform the operator of any injuries to persons, or damage to property or equipment, incurred during participation in “guided MTB tours”.
– The user agrees to respect all safety instructions and terms of use provided by the operator.
– The operator at Pohorje uses a ticket tracking system, which issues, records, and monitors the use of tickets at individual checkpoints using information technology. Sharing a non-transferable ticket between two or more persons recorded in the system, or use of a ticket by an unauthorized person, constitutes a “ticket violation.” In such cases, the operator’s authorized personnel will cancel the ticket without issuing a cancellation receipt.

Age Restriction:
– Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or custodian (an adult), who must sign a declaration of participation in the “guided MTB tours” on behalf of the child.
