The Pohorje cable car will continue running on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025, after regular rides end at 9:00 PM, operating continuously until 1:00 AM on January 1. After that, there will be one additional ride at 2:00 AM.
Please note: uphill transport will only be possible until midnight, while those returning from the city to Pohorje can ride at 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM.
Ticket offices at the lower and upper stations of the Pohorje cable car will remain open until 1:00 AM on January 1. For the 2:00 AM ride, tickets can be purchased from the operator.
On New Year’s Eve, public transport on all city bus lines will be free in both directions from 7:00 PM onwards. Additionally, Marprom will provide extra night and early morning rides on bus line G6 Vzpenjača:
- From the Cable Car station at 11:15 PM, 12:30 AM, 1:10 AM, 1:30 AM, 2:20 AM, and 2:40 AM,
- From the Bus Station at 10:45 PM, 11:15 PM, 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM, 1:30 AM, and 2:00 AM.
